In dieser Funktion leitest du bereichsübergreifende Projekte zur Optimierung unserer Produktions- und Geschäftsprozesse in Operations & Industrial Engineering. Dabei liegt das Projektmanagement umfassend in deiner Hand – von der Prozessanalyse über die Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen mit allen Beteiligten bis zur Implementierung und einem optimalen Wissenstransfer über Workshops. Bereichsübergreifende End-to-End-Prozesse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette – von der Kundenanfrage bis zur Auslieferung
Zentrale Geschäftsprozesse wie Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce und Sales & Operations Planning
Schnittstellenthemen zwischen Vertrieb, Auftragsabwicklung, Einkauf, Produktion und Logistik
Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Systeme für effiziente, standardisierte Abläufe
Effiziente (Teil-)Automatisierung der Produktionsprozesse

Das bringst du mit:

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Erste Berufserfahrung konntest du als Produktionsingenieur, Prozessmanager, Projektmanager (w/m/d) o. Ä. im Umfeld Industrial Engineering, Produktion oder Arbeitsvorbereitung sammeln.
Wichtig sind fundierte Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement / Lean Management sowie idealerweise im Umgang mit Methoden zur Prozessoptimierung, z. B. Six Sigma – dank deiner Analysestärke denkst du dich schnell in unsere Prozesse ein.
Im Projektmanagement und Teamwork bist du praxiserprobt: Du zeigst dich im Austausch mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern kommunikations- und durchsetzungsstark, aber auch lösungsorientiert und hands-on.
Deine Projekte gehst du selbstständig und strukturiert an und überzeugst durch ein ausgeprägtes Kosten-Nutzen-Denken.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
