Buscamos un Ingeniero de Confiabilidad para integrarse a un equipo de back office técnico de gestión de activos en una faena minera de la Región de Antofagasta. Desarrollará estrategias de mantenimiento con metodologías RCM y FMECA a partir del historial de fallas, órdenes de trabajo, manuales y condiciones operacionales; definirá tareas, frecuencias, horas hombre y repuestos; analizará criticidad y stock de seguridad, y apoyará la implementación de los planes en el ERP de mantenimiento.

Título de Ingeniero Civil o de Ejecución mecánico, eléctrico, industrial o afín.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional, de los cuales al menos 3 en confiabilidad o ingeniería de mantenimiento en minería o industria de proceso.
Conocimiento de RCM, FMECA, análisis de criticidad e ISO 14224.
Manejo de JD Edwards o SAP PM, Power BI y Excel avanzado.
Deseable postgrado o diplomado en confiabilidad o gestión de activos.

Turno 4x3 en modalidad híbrida (faena minera / remoto), con disponibilidad para turnos 7x7 u 8x6 cuando se requiera. Contrato asociado a proyecto. Ingreso sujeto a exámenes preocupacionales y acreditación para faena minera. Se solicitará certificado de título y verificación de recomendaciones.
