Buscamos un Ingeniero de Planificación de Mantenimiento para un equipo de back office técnico de gestión de activos en una faena minera de la Región de Antofagasta. Analizará y controlará los procesos de planificación y programación del mantenimiento: seguimiento de órdenes de trabajo, gestión de backlog, cumplimiento de programas, identificación de desviaciones y elaboración de indicadores y dashboards en Power BI, proponiendo mejoras al proceso de administración del trabajo.

Título de Ingeniero Civil o de Ejecución mecánico, eléctrico, industrial o afín.
Mínimo 4 años de experiencia profesional, con al menos 3 en planificación o programación de mantenimiento en minería o industria de proceso.
Manejo de ERP de mantenimiento (JD Edwards deseable, o SAP PM).
Manejo de Power BI, MS Project y Excel avanzado.
Conocimiento de indicadores de mantenimiento (SMRP) e ISO 14224.

Turno 4x3 en modalidad híbrida (faena minera / remoto), con disponibilidad para turnos 7x7 u 8x6 cuando se requiera. Contrato asociado a proyecto. Ingreso sujeto a exámenes preocupacionales y acreditación para faena minera. Se solicitará certificado de título y verificación de recomendaciones.
