Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un(a) Inspector(a) reemplazante por licencia médica, orientado(a) a responder a las nuevas necesidades educativas de los estudiantes, con interés en desarrollarse profesionalmente, íntegro(a) y comprometido(a) con el aprendizaje y bienestar de los alumnos.
El(la) Inspector(a) de nuestra institución es un profesional de la educación con experiencia en cargos afines, que demuestra un sólido compromiso ético y valórico en el desempeño de sus funciones formativas, relacionales y pedagógicas.
Debe contar con habilidades interpersonales y comunicacionales que le permitan establecer relaciones positivas, valorando la diversidad social y cultural. Asimismo, debe evidenciar un alto nivel de desarrollo de sus competencias profesionales, tanto en el ámbito teórico como práctico.
Se requiere conocimiento y manejo del marco normativo ministerial relacionado con las Políticas de Convivencia Escolar, así como de la legislación vigente y los tratados internacionales ratificados por el Estado de Chile que resguardan los Derechos Humanos y los derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

Se valorará especialmente la capacidad de trabajo en equipo, el juicio crítico para la toma de decisiones oportunas, la identificación de problemáticas y la propuesta de soluciones efectivas.
Jornada laboral: 42 horas semanales.
Título requerido: Docente.
Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares, relacionados con la interacción con estudiantes o convivencia escolar (requisito excluyente).
