- Estudiante activo de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Desarrollo de Software, Tecnologías de la Información o carrera afín.
- Conocimientos básicos de programación y desarrollo de software, preferentemente en C#, HTML y JavaScript.
- Interés en el desarrollo de aplicaciones, automatización de procesos y transformación digital.
- Familiaridad básica o interés por aprender sobre herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial, automatización y tecnologías emergentes.
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para analizar procesos e identificar oportunidades de mejora, digitalización y eficiencia operativa.
- Perfil proactivo, con iniciativa, pensamiento lógico y disposición para aprender nuevas tecnologías
- Ser estudiante activo con al menos un año restante para concluir la carrera en Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Desarrollo de Software, Tecnologías de la Información, Ciencias Computacionales, Mecatrónica o carreras afines.
- Contar con seguro facultativo o médico mayor vigente.

- Fundamentos de programación o interés por aprender C#, HTML, JavaScript, SQL y consumo de APIs.
- Conocimiento en IA.
