- Gestionar el flujo de ideas de mejora continua y dar seguimiento a su implementación.
- Implementar la metodología SFM (Shop Floor Management) en áreas productivas.
- Ejecutar y mantener la metodología 5S en el piso de producción y oficinas.
- Desarrollar y mantener herramientas de Visual Management en planta.
- Establecer e implementar rutinas diarias para todo el personal operativo.
- Brindar soporte en proyectos de mejora de performance de la planta.
- Apoyar en entrenamientos y capacitaciones sobre problem solving y metodologías Lean.
- Ser estudiante activo con al menos un año restante para concluir la carrera en Ingeniería Industrial, Tecnologías de la Información (IT) o alguna ingeniería a afín.
- Contar con seguro facultativo o médico mayor vigente.
- Conocimientos:
- Nivel de Ingles B1.
- Power BI (Avanzado).
- Paqueteria office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
