Do naszego zespołu poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Inżyniera ds. Gwarancji, która będzie odpowiedzialna za zapewnienie najwyższych standardów jakości oraz współpracę z klientami w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów jakościowych.
Zakres obowiązków
- Rejestracja i terminowa obsługa reklamacji gwarancyjnych na portalach klienta
- Koordynowanie procesu analizy zwrotów gwarancyjnych i raportowanie wyników do klienta
- Udział w analizie problemów jakościowych oraz monitorowanie wdrożenia działań korygujących
- Współpraca z innymi działami na rzecz poprawy jakości i ciągłego doskonalenia
- Monitorowanie, raportowanie i analiza wskaźników jakości dotyczących gwarancji
- Przeprowadzanie analiz danych, określanie ryzyka i analiza kosztów gwarancji
- Doskonalenie systemu jakości zgodnie z wymaganiami klientów
- Opracowywanie raportów i dokumentacji jakościowej
- Przeprowadzanie audytów wewnętrznych

Wymagania
- Wykształcenie techniczne (preferowane kierunki inżynierskie)
- Doświadczenie w obszarze jakości w środowisku produkcyjnym (mile widziane w automotive)
- Znajomość narzędzi jakości (8D, FTA, FMEA, SPC)
- Znajomość standardów ISO9001, IATF 16949, VDA FFA,
- Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów
- Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
- Umiejętność pracy zespołowej (cross-functional) i komunikacji z klientem
