Do naszego zespołu poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Inżyniera Jakości Klienta, która będzie odpowiedzialna za zapewnienie najwyższych standardów jakości oraz współpracę z klientami w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów jakościowych.
Zakres obowiązków
Udział w procesie zatwierdzania wyrobów (PPAP) oraz obsłudze reklamacji (8D)
Udział w analizie problemów jakościowych oraz monitorowanie działań korygujących (wewnętrznych i klientów)
Rozwiązywanie problemów jakościowych z wykorzystaniem narzędzi jakości (np. Shainin, Six Sigma)
Przygotowywanie dokumentacji jakościowej (FMEA, Control Plan) oraz instrukcji pracy
Monitorowanie, raportowanie i analiza wskaźników jakości
Prowadzenie szkoleń dla pracowników produkcji
Doskonalenie systemu jakości zgodnie z wymaganiami klientów
Udział we wdrażaniu zmian oraz ocena ich skuteczności

Przeprowadzanie audytów wewnętrznych
Wymagania
Wykształcenie techniczne (preferowane kierunki inżynierskie)
Doświadczenie w obszarze jakości w środowisku produkcyjnym (mile widziane w automotive)
Znajomość narzędzi jakości (8D, FMEA, PPAP, SPC)
Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Umiejętność pracy zespołowej (cross-functional) i komunikacji z klientem
