L'apprenti(e) Catalogue de Services contribuera au projet de transformation tout en bénéficiant d'un accompagnement et d'un coaching continus.
Le Global Process Manager définit la stratégie, la gouvernance et les processus. Dans ce cadre, l'apprenti(e) participera aux implémentations d'IA et aux tâches opérationnelles, aidera à coordonner les suivis, soutiendra les parties prenantes et apprendra à gérer l'avancement quotidien à travers les différents chantiers du projet.
Ce rôle offre une base solide pour traduire des objectifs stratégiques en activités opérationnelles concrètes et acquérir une vision globale du cycle de vie d'un projet.

L'apprenti(e) Catalogue de Services ITSM apprendra à et participera à :
Assister le Global Process Manager dans les activités opérationnelles quotidiennes du projet Catalogue de Services : rédaction des scripts AI, collecte des données, rédaction de processus.
Participer aux ateliers de conception de services (service design) et s'initier aux techniques de modélisation de services
Aider à fournir les premières orientations et informations aux parties prenantes concernant les principes du Catalogue de Services.
Contribuer aux activités de mise en œuvre et de déploiement du Catalogue de Services sur ServiceNow.
Soutenir les actions d'intégration (onboarding), d'adoption et de communication auprès des utilisateurs et des parties prenantes.
Participer aux phases de tests, notamment aux recettes utilisateurs (UAT), aux exercices de validation et au suivi des anomalies
Faire du reporting sur les différentes activités (PowerBI).

Préparation d'un diplôme de niveau à Bac+5 (Master Spécialisé, École d'ingénieurs/commerce) en informatique ou domaine similaire.
Intérêt pour l'apprentissage de ServiceNow et des outils de transformation digitale.
Compétences en IA et réel désir de les développer davantage.
Bonne maîtrise du reporting et des tableaux de bord sur Power BI.
Volonté de travailler dans un environnement international et collaboratif.
Forte appétence pour l'apprentissage et capacité à s'adapter rapidement à de nouveaux concepts.
Bonnes capacités d'organisation et rigueur.
Esprit d'initiative et bonnes compétences en communication dans des contextes multiculturels.
Fortes compétences en communication, coordination et organisation.
Expérience de travail dans des environnements internationaux et complexes.
Bilingue (Français / Anglais).
