Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of Java/React developers.
Develop, review, and maintain high-quality code based on business and technical requirements.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, quality, and security best practices.
Drive Sprint/ PI planning, estimation, solution reviews and technical discussions.
Ensure code is aligned with defined architecture and technology standards
Support CI/CD implementation, test automation, security and performance initiatives.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability.
Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.

Must-have skills

Java: Java 8/11/17, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Java
Frontend:ReactJS, JavaScript, React Core Concepts.
Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Karate, Cucumber, Jest, React Testing Library.
Database: MongoDB/Oracle with strong PL/SQL skills.
Tools: GitHub, Git Commands, IntelliJ IDEA, SonarQube, Checkmarx.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and Multi-threaded Programming.
Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Strong knowledge of REST API development and microservices architecture.
Proven experience in leading globally distributed teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred: Microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps exposure.

Computer Science foundation in a software engineering role & good knowledge of OOAD, scalability issues and multi-tiered solutions.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
