Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, configuration, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce using custom objects, fields, validation rules, and object relationships
- Build and customize applications using Lightning App Builder
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and controllers
- Implement automation using Approval Processes, Process Builder, and Flows
- Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Write and maintain Apex test classes ensuring high code coverage
- Participate in unit testing, regression testing, and UAT support
- Perform deployments using GitHub/GitLab, Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, and Copado
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
- Hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Experience in CI/CD and version control tools
- Good knowledge of API-based integrations
Certifications (Mandatory)
At least one of the following:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform Developer 1
- Platform App Builder
Added Advantage
- Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce (prompt configuration, guardrails, workflows)
- Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, BRE)
- Familiarity with Copado Robotic Testing
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
Engineering Degree or Maters in Science (MCA) or equivalent
5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development
