Key Performance Indicators: • المساهمة في تأسيس الكيان وتوظيف التخصص في ذلك • تنفيذ برامج وفق خطط ومعايير محددة • رفع أثر المبادرات عبر قياس وتقييم دوري • إدارة ميزانية وفق ضوابط وموافقات • توسيع الشراكات مع مانحين وجهات مجتمعية • تقديم تقارير دورية دقيقة للجهات المعنية Qualifications: • خبرة سابقة في قطاع غير ربحي أو مجالات مجتمعية • فهم مبادئ إدارة المشاريع والبرمجة • مهارات قوية في المتابعة والتقييم وكتابة التقارير • إتقان استخدام الحاسوب والبرمجيات المكتبية • التزام بمبادئ الحوكمة والشفافية Additional Information: أيًّا يكن من لديه الدافع والرغبة والشغف والقوة والإصرار فهذا مؤكد مكانك.. فإمكانية تأسيس كيان من الصفر مهمة لا يستطيع فعلها الكثير، ولكن إن كنت ترى أنك مؤهل لذلك فستحصل بلا شك لمكانة عظيمة كونك عضو مؤسس لهذا الكيان ليس مجرد موظف أو متطوع.. كما يمكنك التدرب في مجالك، أو تنفيذ مشروع تخرجك، أو حتى اكتساب خبرات جديدة.. نرحب بك، ومتطلعين للعمل معك..

خبرة سابقة في قطاع غير ربحي أو مجالات مجتمعية
فهم مبادئ إدارة المشاريع والبرمجة
مهارات قوية في المتابعة والتقييم وكتابة التقارير
إتقان استخدام الحاسوب والبرمجيات المكتبية
التزام بمبادئ الحوكمة والشفافية
إدارة المشاريع
قياس الأثر والمتابعة والتقييم
إعداد التقارير
إدارة الميزانيات (أساسيات)
Excel و/أو أدوات ذكاء الأعمال
التواصل الفعال
العمل ضمن فريق
الالتزام بالرسالة والقيم
تنظيم الوقت وإدارة الأولويات
التعاطف والوعي المجتمعي
