تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال استقطاب عملاء جدد، وتطوير العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين، ودعم نمو المبيعات من خلال توظيف أدوات واستراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي، بما يسهم في زيادة قاعدة العملاء وتعزيز حضور الشركة في السوق. Key Performance Indicators: • * تحقيق نسبة مستهدف المبيعات الشهري والسنوي. • * عدد العملاء الجدد الذين تم استقطابهم. • * نسبة تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عملاء فعليين. • * قيمة ونمو المبيعات بشكل شهري. • * معدل الاحتفاظ بالعملاء وإعادة الشراء. • * عدد الزيارات والاجتماعات البيعية المنفذة. • * عدد الفرص البيعية الجديدة ومعدل إغلاقها. • * أداء الحملات التسويقية الرقمية ومعدل التفاعل معها. • * تكلفة استقطاب العميل ومعدل العائد على الحملات الإعلانية. • * الالتزام برفع التقارير وتحديث بيانات العملاء في الوقت المحدد. Qualifications: • خبرة 1-3 سنوات في مبيعات الأغذية أو منتجات استهلاكية • معرفة بعمليات البيع وإدارة العملاء والقطاعات • خبرة عملية في التسويق الرقمي لمنتجات الأغذية • إقامة أو استعداد للعمل في جدة والرياض • الجنسية السعودية

خبرة 1-3 سنوات في مبيعات الأغذية أو منتجات استهلاكية
معرفة بعمليات البيع وإدارة العملاء والقطاعات
خبرة عملية في التسويق الرقمي لمنتجات الأغذية
إقامة أو استعداد للعمل في جدة والرياض
الجنسية السعودية
إدارة الحملات على السوشيال ميديا
التسويق الرقمي وتحليل البيانات
إدارة محتوى وتسويق عبر المنصات
CRM وتسجيل زيارات العملاء
تحليل أداء المبيعات والمؤشرات
مهارات تواصل وإقناع
بناء علاقات وثقة مع العملاء
التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات
التخطيط والتنظيم
العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف
