نبحث عن مشرف عمليات ميدانية وتقنية في مدينة الرياض لقيادة فرق الفنيين والإشراف على أعمال الصيانة والتركيب، بما يضمن تنفيذ الخطط بكفاءة وضمن معايير السلامة والجودة والوقت، مع دعم اللوجستيات لتوفير الموارد اللازمة بسلاسة.

Job Purpose

ضمان الإشراف الشامل على العمليات الميدانية (التقنية والفنية) وتنظيم فرق العمل والموارد، بما يرفع جاهزية التشغيل، ويقلل أعطال المعدات، ويحسن جودة أعمال الصيانة والتركيب وفق المتطلبات الفنية المعتمدة.

إدارة أعمال الصيانة والتركيب
القيادة وإدارة الفريق
التخطيط والجدولة للمشاريع الميدانية
إدارة الوقت والأولويات
التأكد من الالتزام بالمعايير الفنية
الالتزام بالسلامة والجودة
متابعة تقارير الأعطال وقطع الغيار
استخدام أدوات إدارة المهام والتوثيق
التواصل الفعال مع الفرق والعملاء
حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار
تأمين وتدفق لوجستيات العمل
