Job Purpose

تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى بناء وتنفيذ خطة تدريب سنوية مبنية على تحليل احتياجات التدريب، وإدارة دورة حياة التدريب من تصميم الحقائب والمحتوى وحتى التقييم وقياس الأثر، مع ضمان الامتثال ودقة سجلات التدريب وتحسين البرامج باستمرار.
