- Támogatod az üzemeltetés során előforduló műszaki problémák megoldását.
- Közreműködsz az új gépek és technológiák gyártásba való bevezetésében.
- Optimalizálod a berendezések rendelkezésre állását.
- Pótalkatrészek szerzel be a raktárkészlet, és költség figyelembevételével.
- Fejleszted a karbantartási folyamatokat és a tervezett karbantartásokat.
- Kapcsolatot tartasz a gépgyártó- és szervizpartnerekkel.
- Oktatási anyagokat készítesz és a tanítod a munkatársakat.
- Részt veszel a területet érintő fejlesztési projektekben.
- Támogatod a karbantartók munkáját.
- Javaslatot teszel az állásidő csökkentésre, hatékonyságnövelésre.
Számítunk rád, ha
- szakirányú diplomával rendelkezel (pl. villamos-, mechatronikai-, automatizálási-, PLC mérnök, stb…);
- legalább 3 évig dolgoztál gyártó környezetben, automatizálási területen;
- tapasztalt vagy PLC programozásban (különösen Siemens TIA Portal, TIA WinCC);
- rendelkezel szervo manipulátorokkal (pl. Festo, SMC, Bosch-Rexroth) kapcsolatos ismeretekkel;
- ismered az ipari kommunikációs protokollokat (Profinet, ProfiSafe, Serial);
- tisztában vagy az ipari automatizálásban használatos szabványokkal;
- jártas vagy villamos rajzok olvasásában és hibaelemzésben;
- aktív, magabiztos az angol nyelvtudásod;
- könnyen együttműködsz más munkatársakkal;
- ha felmerül egy probléma, te a megoldásra fókuszálsz.
