- Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Vertriebsaußendienst, Technischem Büro, Lager- und Servicebereich sowie Lieferanten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann, Baukaufmann, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann, Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Auftragsabwicklung, idealerweise in der Baubranche
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierte Denkweise
- Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
