Account Manager E-Mobility (m/w/d)

Als Account Manager E-Mobility entwickeln Sie bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter, identifizieren neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und begleiten Kundenprojekte von der ersten Anfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kunden im Bereich E-Mobility
- Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Vertriebspipeline
- Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu technischen und kaufmännischen Entscheidern
- Erstellung und Koordination von Angeboten sowie Mitarbeit bei Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und Ableitung geeigneter Vertriebsmaßnahmen
- Erstellung von Umsatzprognosen, Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Repräsentation von BorgWarner bei Kunden, Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Projektmanagement, Finance und weiteren Fachbereichen

Das bringen Sie mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit technischem Schwerpunkt
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Business Development oder Account Management, vorzugsweise im Automotive- oder E-Mobility-Umfeld
- Gutes technisches Verständnis; Kenntnisse in Batteriesystemen, Leistungselektronik oder elektrifizierten Antrieben sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit OEMs oder Tier-1-Zulieferern sowie mit RFQ- und Angebotsprozessen
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft
