Konstrukteur (m/w/d) Electrical Engineering - befristet auf 24 Monate

Ihre Verantwortung

• Elektrokonstruktion von nasschemischen Oberflächenbeschichtungsanlagen (Galvanikanlagen) und Anlagenkomponenten (Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau für die Leiterplatten- und Halbleiter-Industrie)
• Stromlaufplan-, Schaltschrank-Aufbauplan- und Stücklisten-Erstellung
• Elektrokonstruktion für Entwicklungsprojekte anhand von Spezifikation & Pflichtenheft
• Revision von Stromlaufplänen („as built“ Revision)
• Änderungskonstruktion (Planung von Umbauten an vorhandenen Anlagen & Erstellung der dazugehörigen Umbaubeschreibung)
• Komponenten-Spezifikation und -Auswahl für die Stromverteilung, Automatisierungs- & Antriebstechnik
• Mitarbeit an Risikoanalysen gemäß EU-Maschinenrichtlinie / Maschinenverordnung und anwendbarer Normen
• Beschreibung, Dokumentation und Spezifikation steuerungstechnischer Aufgabenstellungen
• Aktive Mitarbeit im KVP

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Techniker Elektrotechnik/Automatisierungstechnik, o. ä. Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung in der Elektrokonstruktion (Maschinen- / Anlagenbau)
• Kenntnisse aus den Bereichen Schaltanlagenplanung, Antriebstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik (Feldbussysteme / Ethernet-basierte Automatisierung), Leistungselektronik, Sensorik, Sicherheitstechnik
• Gute Kenntnisse des Elektro-CAD-Systems E³.series (oder andere, bei entsprechender Einarbeitung)
• Kenntnisse im Bereich der Leiterplattenherstellung von Vorteil
• Gute Englisch- und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eigenverantwortliche Projektbearbeitung
• Team-, Kommunikations- und Integrationsfähigkeit
• Sicheres Auftreten, Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Kosten- und Terminbewusstsein
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (max. 2-3 Wochen im Jahr)
