Lead Enterprise Architect

As Lead Enterprise Architect, you will define our future-state enterprise architecture and guide some of the organisation’s most significant transformation programs. Working directly with senior business and technology leaders, you will shape strategy, create enterprise-wide alignment, and ensure technology investments deliver sustainable business value.

You will join the Strategy, Architecture & Performance function within Global Technology Solutions, operating at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology investment.

What You'll Do

• Develop enterprise-wide target-state architectures and strategic roadmaps.
• Guide major business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Define reference architectures, enterprise principles, standards, and technology guardrails.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and opportunities across transformation programs.
• Influence critical decisions across business, information, application, integration, and technology architecture.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology strategy with business outcomes.
• Lead enterprise architecture governance, including forums, review boards, and architecture councils.
• Mentor and develop architects across the organisation.
• Advance the maturity and impact of Resmed’s enterprise architecture practice.

What You Bring

• Significant Enterprise Architecture expertise gained within complex, large-scale organisations.
• A proven track record of defining target-state architectures and leading architecture strategy for major transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge across business, information, application, integration, and technology architecture domains.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms, ERP ecosystems, integration strategies, and modern technology landscapes.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and executive influencing capabilities.
• Background leading architecture governance forums, review boards, or enterprise architecture councils.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop architects while advancing architecture practice maturity.
