Reibungslosen Betrieb garantieren: Sie steuern die Produktionsplanung vorausschauend, sichern die unterbrechungsfreie Versorgung unserer OnSite-Kunden und übernehmen die Verantwortung für effiziente Einsatzpläne.

Instandhaltung & Anlagenverfügbarkeit maximieren: Sie planen und steuern präventive und zustandsbasierte Wartungsarbeiten, managen Stillstandsprojekte und verwalten das Instandhaltungsbudget zur Maximierung der Anlagenzuverlässigkeit.

Effizienz & Innovation vorantreiben: Sie identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale, fördern Lean-Initiativen und treiben Pipeline-Projekte voran, um Betriebsprozesse technisch und operativ nachhaltig zu verbessern.

Team stärken & Beziehungen pflegen: Sie fördern ein von Vertrauen geprägtes Betriebsklima, unterstützen Ihr Team bei Qualifizierungen und fungieren als verlässlicher Partner für Kunden, Behörden und Kontraktoren.

Notfallmanagement sicherstellen: Sie halten Notfall- und Geschäftskontinuitätspläne auf dem neuesten Stand und stellen die Einhaltung durch regelmässige Notfallübungen und intakte Alarmierungssysteme sicher.

Are you a match?

Erfahrung & Expertise: Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung in der technischen Betriebsleitung, Instandhaltung oder im Prozessingenieurwesen mit – idealerweise in einem regulierten Umfeld (z. B. Prozessindustrie, GMP oder Lebensmittelrecht).

Sicherheits- & Qualitätsbewusstsein: Ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung bezüglich Arbeits-, Prozess- und Umweltschutz ist für Sie selbstverständlich.

Führung & Teamgeist: Sie begegnen Menschen auf Augenhöhe, schätzen den offenen Austausch und verstehen es, Teams zu motivieren und gemeinsam Erfolge zu feiern.

Analytisches & lösungsorientiertes Denken: Ursachenanalysen (RCA), Kennzahlen (KPIs) und technische Optimierungen gehen Ihnen leicht von der Hand.

Kommunikationsstärke: Sie kommunizieren klar, empathisch und souverän auf allen Ebenen – von Ihrem Betriebsteam über Behörden bis hin zu Kunden und externen Dienstleistern.

Sprachen: Deutsch und English, Französisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
