En Coforge estamos buscando un Líder Técnico en Ciberseguridad (20786) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales
- Liderar la defensa de seguridad y respuesta ante incidentes de ciberseguridad.
- Gestionar servicios de CyberSOC y plataformas SIEM, asegurando continuidad operativa, renovaciones y cumplimiento.
- Evaluar la postura de seguridad organizacional mediante frameworks como NIST y SOC-CMM.
- Participar en procesos de licitación, evaluación y gestión de proveedores de seguridad.
- Integrar nuevas fuentes de monitoreo y casos de uso dentro del ecosistema SIEM.
- Gestionar iniciativas de seguridad en entornos cloud (Azure, GCP).
- Liderar gestión y seguimiento de vulnerabilidades, priorización y remediación.
- Elaborar presentaciones ejecutivas e informes de seguridad para stakeholders y liderazgo.
Requisitos indispensables
- +5 años de experiencia en ciberseguridad, seguridad ofensiva/defensiva o gestión de operaciones de seguridad.
- Experiencia sólida en CyberSOC, SIEM, monitoreo y detección de amenazas.
- Conocimiento de seguridad perimetral: Firewalls, VPN, WAF.
- Experiencia en gestión de accesos privilegiados (PAM).
- Conocimiento en seguridad cloud (Azure, GCP).
- Experiencia en integración de logs, monitoreo y desarrollo de casos de uso.
- Experiencia en gestión de vulnerabilidades y remediación.
- Conocimiento de frameworks de seguridad: NIST, SOC-CMM.
Requisitos deseables
- Certificaciones en ciberseguridad (CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+ o similares).
- Experiencia liderando proyectos estratégicos de seguridad.
- Conocimiento en compliance y auditorías de seguridad.
- Habilidades de comunicación ejecutiva y gestión transversal.
