Our 12-month traineeship program is designed for talents from all STEM backgrounds who want to build their future around manufacturing intelligent control systems and automation. Our manufacturing processes are supported by automated technologies, technical systems and development projects. Our warehouse and material handling teams ensure that the necessary raw materials reach the right areas on time and safely. 📋WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Supporting, simplifying, and developing manufacturing processes
Understanding LEAN-based operational processes
Supporting waste elimination projects
Coordinating business and savings projects
Supporting the integration of manufacturing equipment with plant server and data systems
Developing automated data collection systems
Analyzing production data to identify losses, trends, and improvement opportunities
Supporting the development of technical solutions
Collaborating with experts, partners, and cross-functional teams
Developing engineering and leadership skills

🔑WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Final year of Engineering, Technical Manager, or STEM BSc/MSc studies, or a degree obtained in the last 12 months
Basic understanding of industrial automation, manufacturing IT systems, or production data management
Availability for 24–40 hours per week
Proficient in Hungarian and English
Leadership potential and good communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of databases and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python)
Experience with manufacturing data collection and PLC programming
Interest in Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, and data-driven process improvement
