Job Description

Objective:

Asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de materias primas y materiales de empaque para soportar el plan de producción, manteniendo niveles de inventario saludables y alineados con las necesidades del negocio. Este puesto mantiene comunicación directa con compras, producción, almacén brindando continuidad operativa, nivel de servicio y eficiencia de inventarios.

Key Activities/ Deliverables:

Planear y dar seguimiento a los requerimientos de materias primas y materiales de empaque con base en el plan de producción
Monitorear niveles de inventario para asegurar abasto oportuno, evitando excesos, obsoletos o riesgos de paro de línea
Coordinar con el área de Compras y con proveedores para dar seguimiento a entregas, confirmar fechas de arribo y mitigar riesgos de suministro
Revisar cambios en el plan de producción y ajustar oportunamente los planes de abastecimiento de materiales
Identificar riesgos de faltantes, atrasos o restricciones de suministro y escalarlos con propuestas de acción
Analizar consumos, coberturas, tiempos de entrega y parámetros de planeación para mejorar la precisión y eficiencia del proceso
Mantener actualizados los datos maestros de planeación
Coordinación de revisión trimestral de políticas de inventario
Gestión de rutinas para el control del inventario en riesgo, así como el excess stock
Seguimiento de prevención de supply chain losses
Monitoreo de riesgos generales de desabastecimiento
Seguimiento y cumplimiento de rutinas de LOG.Os

Competencies (experiences/ Education):

Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración, Cadena de Suministro o carrera afín

Ingles Conversacional

Experiencia en planeación de materiales, planeación de suministro, inventarios o funciones relacionadas

Capacidad analítica y habilidad para la solución de problemas

Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

SAP

Skills (Knowledge/ Capabilities):

Organización y atención al detalle

Comunicación efectiva y coordinación multifuncional

Toma de decisiones con base en datos

Sentido de urgencia y enfoque en resultados
