RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES
- Utilizar los equipos de carga de manera segura, siguiendo los lineamientos establecidos en los procesos para evitar accidentes.
- Realizar los check list aplicables a los equipos de carga de manera correcta en tiempo y forma.
- Manejar la carga y descarga de materiales de manera eficiente, asegurando que los materiales se muevan sin daños y se coloquen en las ubicaciones correctas.
- Usar el EPP necesario para realizar las actividades requeridas del puesto.
- Organiza y distribuye el material a los diferentes procesos productivos para el arranque de turno según el programa de producción diario.

- Es su responsabilidad darle seguimiento diario a la entrega de materiales en cada una de las líneas que se trabajan con el fin de lograr el 100% de efectividad en las mismas.
- Se asegura del orden y limpieza es la estación de trabajo asignada
- Llenar los registros aplicables a sus actividades de forma correcta en tiempo forma.
- Realizar las trasferencias recibidas por almacén a las localidades correspondientes en tiempo y forma
- Entregar etiquetas a las líneas de producción de acuerdo con el número de parte y destino solicitado.
Control de producción
- Deberá asegurar la entrega de materiales terminado de Nave 1 a Nave 2 y realizar los movimientos correspondientes en SAP.
- Marcar y tarar los contenedores retornables.
- Hacer limpieza de cogis y negativos en el sistema de SAP
Embarques
- Control y manejo de productos terminados para la entrega y recepción a almacén FG, con la creación de etiquetas maestras y HU.
- Dar seguimiento a los embarques del día.
- Enviar estatus de embarques al equipo de customer service, planeación de producción y producción
- Escalar y dar seguimiento a las necesidades del equipo de materialistas.
Soportar el surtido y manejo de materiales en piso de producción
