IHRE AUFGABEN

Durchführung von Reparatur‑, Montage‑ und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Produktionsanlagen und Betriebsmitteln mit mechanischen, hydraulischen und pneumatischen Komponenten
Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und Schadensfällen, ggf. unter Einsatz von Diagnosesystemen, sowie Festlegung geeigneter Maßnahmen unter wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
Inbetriebnahme instandgesetzter Anlagen, Durchführung von Testläufen und Erstellung der zugehörigen Dokumentation
Anpassung und Optimierung von Maschinenfunktionen sowie Mitarbeit bei Erweiterungen, Umbauten und technischen Verbesserungen
Ausführung planmäßiger Wartungs‑ und Instandhaltungsarbeiten gemäß Wartungsplänen sowie Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Wartungsstandards
Anfertigung und Montage von Zusatz‑, Hilfs‑ und Neuteilen nach Zeichnungen, Skizzen oder Vorgaben
Mitwirkung bei der Analyse und Beseitigung von Schwachstellen an Anlagen und Prozessen
Einweisung und Unterstützung von Bedienpersonal im Rahmen von Instandsetzungs‑ oder Umbaumaßnahmen

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN UND KOMPETENZEN

Sie haben eine anerkannte abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker)
Sie haben gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2 Niveau); Englischkenntnisse sind auch wünschenswert
Sie sind offen für Schichtarbeit
