Get to Know the Team

The Singapore Commercial team shapes and grows Grab's business in Singapore, contributing to our vision of being Southeast Asia's superapp by delivering everyday services that matter most to consumers.

We focus on developing business strategies that help us serve our community, particularly by growing the accounts of F&B businesses across GrabFood. By building close partnerships with merchants, we create plans and strategies to grow their sales and meet their needs across Grab's services such as GrabExpress, GrabPay, and GrabAds.

Get to know the Role

You will report to the Head, Commercial, Food & Strategic Planning, onsite in our One North office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants to drive growth for GrabFood.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on increasing profitability, GMV, and delivery volumes.
Develop and execute business strategies to grow merchant sales and collaborate across Grab's verticals such as GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress.
Analyze merchant performance data and create actionable plans to optimize growth and revenue.
Address merchant feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure operational excellence through tailored solutions and regular business reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized reporting, marketing support, and product enhancements for merchants.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Experience in account management or business development
You have 3+ years of relevant account management experience
Ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchants.
