Wymagania:

Gotowość do pracy 3 zmianowej - warunek konieczny.
Wykształcenie, minimum średnie techniczne, wyższe techniczne: inżynieria materiałowa, metalurgia lub inżynieria produkcji.
Wiedza na temat podstawowych materiałów konstrukcyjnych (stopów żelaza, niklu, aluminium).
Doświadczenie w zakresie realizacji badań materiałowych metali będzie dodatkowym, ważnym atutem.
Umiejętność interpretacji, opracowywania i prezentacji wyników badań materiałowych.
Podstawowa znajomość rysunku technicznego i jego interpretacji.
Znajomość pakietu Office w stopniu dobrym (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym będzie dodatkowym atutem.

Obowiązki:

Przygotowywanie próbek do badań materiałowych komponentów turbosprężarek.
Realizacja badań materiałowych: pomiary i ocena połączeń spawanych i zgrzewanych, testy twardości i mikrotwardości, testy wytrzymałościowe, pomiary i ocena grubości powłok, pomiary grubości warstw hartowniczych, pomiary wielkości ziarna, badania penetracyjne FPI, badania składu chemicznego metali, analiza mikrostruktury, pomiary wad materiałowych, analiza skanów CT pod kątem wykrywania wad, tomografia komputerowa spoin.
Interpretacja oraz raportowanie wyników badań materiałowych.
Wsparcie działów Jakości, Produkcji i Engineeringu w zakresie badań materiałowych.
Dbanie o właściwy stan urządzeń oraz utrzymanie porządku w laboratorium materiałowym.
Przestrzeganie zasad i wymagań dotyczących stosowania i przechowywania substancji chemicznych oraz zasad BHP, określonych procedur i instrukcji.
