En Coforge estamos buscando Mid AI Engineer (#20930-6-1) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales
• Desarrollar componentes de soluciones basadas en AI/LLM y contribuir a su implementación en ambientes productivos.
• Construir y mantener servicios, APIs y pipelines utilizando Python.
• Trabajar con datos y SQL para soportar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial, asegurando su calidad y correcta transformación.
• Implementar y mantener pipelines RAG y workflows de prompts.
• Realizar troubleshooting de problemas relacionados con datos, modelos y ambientes de producción.
• Colaborar con equipos de Product, Platform y otros stakeholders para entregar soluciones de IA confiables y escalables.

Requisitos indispensables
• 2–4 años de experiencia en Software Engineering, Data Engineering, ML Engineering o AI.
• Experiencia trabajando de forma independiente dentro de un scope definido.
• Dominio de SQL y Data Management, incluyendo transformaciones, validación y data quality.
• Experiencia con Python, APIs, testing y desarrollo de código mantenible.
• Experiencia práctica desarrollando soluciones de Generative AI en producción o ambientes production-like.
• Experiencia con RAG pipelines y prompt workflows.
• Experiencia con frameworks como LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel o similares.
• Conocimiento de evaluación de modelos, incluyendo métricas, evaluation y monitoring.
• Comprensión de problemas de LLM como hallucinations, grounding errors y prompt brittleness.
• Experiencia con Git, CI/CD, logging, monitoring y prácticas de production readiness.
• Capacidad para tomar decisiones considerando quality, cost y reliability.

Requisitos deseables
• Experiencia trabajando con soluciones AI/LLM en ambientes empresariales.
• Experiencia con plataformas de datos y herramientas de observabilidad.
• Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de MLOps y AI Engineering.
• Experiencia colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios de Product y Platform.
