Deine Aufgaben
- Montage von Drehkolbenpumpen inkl. Schweißarbeiten sowie kompletten Aggregaten nach Zeichnungen und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Funktions- und Prüfstandläufe (z. B. Dichtheitsprüfungen, Laufproben) inkl. Dokumentation
- Kontrolle von Komponenten und Baugruppen auf Maßhaltigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Funktion
- Qualitätskontrollen in der Fertigung sowie Mitarbeit bei der Klärung von Abweichungen
- Wareneingangskontrolle von Komponenten und Rohmaterial
- Gravur und Kennzeichnung von Komponenten (Typen, Seriennummern, Chargen)
- Fachgerechte Verpackung inkl. Vorbereitung der Versandunterlagen
- Handling von Rohmaterial und Lagerbeständen mit ERP-/Lagersystem
- Werkstattarbeiten und Reparaturen an Drehkolbenpumpen
- Aktive Mitwirkung an 5S und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
Dein Profil
- Technische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Schlosser o. Ä.)
- Erfahrung in der Montage von Maschinen/Anlagen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
- Qualitätsbewusste, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
