Il professionista si occuperà di:

Valutazione Clinica: Eseguire valutazioni neurologiche/cardiologiche approfondite e continuative direttamente al domicilio dei pazienti.
Diagnosi e Terapia: Definire il percorso diagnostico-terapeutico e monitorare l'efficacia dei trattamenti farmacologici e riabilitativi in corso.
Collaborazione Multidisciplinare: Lavorare in stretta sinergia con il team ADI (medici di base, infermieri, fisioterapisti, logopedisti, psicologi) per un approccio integrato e olistico.
Refertazione: Curare la compilazione accurata della cartella clinica e la redazione di relazioni specialistiche.

Are you a MATCH?

Laurea in Medicina e Specializzazione in Neurologia/Cardiologia conseguita presso strutture riconosciute Chirurgia.

Iscrizione all'Ordine dei Medici Chirurghi e Odontoiatri (obbligatoria).

Comprovata esperienza clinica, preferibilmente con familiarità nel contesto domiciliare.

Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali, con particolare sensibilità e competenza nel rapporto con il paziente fragile e i familiari.
