Como técnico en una de las plantas de P&G, usted hará parte de uno de los equipos de alto desempeño, donde usted tendrá la oportunidad no solo de operar nuestros equipos de última tecnología sino que también tendrá responsabilidades adicionales que lo irán formando en liderazgo y trabajo en equipo, dos habilidades fundamentales para crecer en la compañía. Adicionalmente, usted tendrá la oportunidad de mostrar todo su potencial con actividades retadoras desde el primer momento, que le permitirán ascender en la compañía a medida que vaya desarrollando sus habilidades, incluso llegando a niveles de dirección de equipos o sistemas para toda la planta.
Usted entrará por tanto a un grupo élite de técnicos que, uniendo su desempeño con el conocimiento que la compañía le brinda, aportan día a día al crecimiento del negocio y de todos los integrantes de la organización.
