La Refactory de Flins, réinvente l'industrie automobile et propose un modèle durable d’économie circulaire de la mobilité. Notre approche englobe des activités industrielles telles que le reconditionnement de véhicules, la rénovation et le réemploi de pièces, et la réparation de batteries. Nous fabriquons également des pièces neuves pour l’industrie automobile française et européenne.
La Refactory recherche des opérateurs de production (H/F), motivés et rigoureux afin d'intégrer des équipes dynamiques dans ses différents départements : Emboutissage, Tôlerie, Renew (atelier cosmétique...) ou encore Logistique.
Sous la responsabilité d'un chef d'unité, l'opérateur de production est un élément clé de l'atelier, impliqué dans les objectifs du service. Il exerce sa fonction en conformité avec les valeurs et intérêts de l’entreprise dans le respect des procédures internes et des règles de sécurité.

L’opérateur de production assure la bonne tenue du poste au quotidien en réalisant ses tâches avec rigueur et efficacité et contrôle la qualité de son exécution.
Ces postes requièrent rigueur, polyvalence, sens de l'anticipation et adaptabilité.
Compétences :
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Capacité à comprendre et appliquer des consignes de travail
- Savoir transmettre et restituer des informations pertinentes concernant son poste de travail
- pour le secteur logistique seules les candidatures de titulaires des Caces 2, 3 et 4 seront étudiées
- première expérience dans l’industrie souhaitée
Conditions de travail :
- Poste à temps plein, Non Cadre,
- Travail en atelier en horaires d’équipe alternée (2x8)
- Localisation du site : Accès routier direct via A13 / Gare SNCF à proximité
