- strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für die OGC-Laborstandorte Hamburg, Wilhelmshaven und Speyer
- Führung, Entwicklung und Steuerung der Teams aus Labormanagement und Auftragsabwicklung
- disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von 7 Direct Reports sowie Gesamtverantwortung für eine Organisation mit 47 FTE
- Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen, effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen Labororganisation
- Verantwortung für Ressourcen, Kennzahlen, Budgets sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Laborprozesse
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Auftragsbearbeitung
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und internationalen Schnittstellen zur Umsetzung der Geschäftsstrategie und Weiterentwicklung des OGC-Geschäfts
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung
- mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer operativen Leitungsfunktion, idealerweise im Labor-, Chemie- oder Analytikumfeld
- nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung größerer Organisationseinheiten mit mehreren Führungsebenen und standortübergreifenden Teams
- fundierte Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Oil, Gas & Chemicals
- ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer operativer Einheiten
- nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
- ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (ca. 25 %)
