Territorio di riferimento: Civitavecchia, Ladispoli, Cerveteri ( ASL Roma 4)

Fornirai assistenza diretta ai pazienti al loro domicilio, aiutandoli nelle attività quotidiane come l'igiene personale, la vestizione, l'alimentazione e la mobilizzazione.
Collaborerai con infermieri, fisioterapisti e medici per garantire un'assistenza completa e personalizzata.
Monitorerai le condizioni del paziente e comunicherai tempestivamente al personale sanitario qualsiasi cambiamento significativo.
Offrirai supporto emotivo, contribuendo a creare un ambiente sicuro e sereno per il paziente e la sua famiglia.
Ti occuperai della corretta gestione di ausili e presidi sanitari.

Are you a MATCH?

Sei in possesso dell'Attestato di Qualifica Professionale di Operatore Socio Sanitario (OSS).

Hai esperienza pregressa, anche minima, nell'assistenza domiciliare o in strutture sanitarie.

Sei una persona affidabile, attenta e con ottime capacità relazionali.

Sai lavorare in autonomia e sei anche un ottimo membro del team.

Hai una patente di guida e sei disponibile a spostarti per raggiungere i pazienti.
