Receives patients’ documents through WhatsApp, secures the authorization using dedicated online interface, and registers the required information on the WhatsApp logging system.
Informs patients about the status of their authorization and requests any additional information.
Receives patients and performs registration procedure on HIS System.
Checks necessary documents and IDs for accuracy and completeness.
Verifies patients’ third party payer coverage for eligibility and obtains authorizations using dedicated online interfaces for walk-in patients.
Prepares and issues invoices.
Performs daily audits on invoices and third-party payer documents issued and coordinates timely delivery of invoices with Outpatient Center coordinator.
Answers telephone and responds to inquiry or refers caller to appropriate personnel; handles patient inquiries on services bill

BA Degree or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in outpatient billing field.
Administrative skills, Organization, and Time Management abilities.
Customer Service skills and Communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic; French is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
