In Renault Group stiamo cercando un/a Parts & Service Consultant da inserire all'interno della Direzione After Sales Business & Quality per lo sviluppo del business ricambi e accessori in promozione presso la Rete dei Concessionari e la Rete autorizzata.
Responsabilità principali:
- Gestirai la Rete dei Concessionari e la Rete autorizzata appartenenti alla zona territoriale a te assegnata (Sud Italia)
- Analizzerai le azioni commerciali garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita
- Presenterai le promozioni in corso ai Responsabili delle Concessionarie, illustrando prodotti, obiettivi e mezzi commerciali.
- Definirai strategie commerciali efficaci e innovative
- Monitorerai e analizzerai l'andamento qualitativo e quantitativo dei prodotti proposti
- Effettuerai attività di monitoraggio della concorrenza, valutando prezzi, qualità dei prodotti e servizi offerti

Requisiti:
- Laurea in Economia, Marketing o materie affini
- Disponibilità a trasferimenti su tutto il territorio nazionale
- Esperienza commerciale pregressa nel settore automotive
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e in team
- Spiccate doti relazionali e una forte propensione verso il cliente

- Un contratto a tempo indeterminato CCNL Commercio Terziario e Servizi, con una RAL compresa tra 38.000€ e 45.000€ in base alle competenze tecniche effettivamente maturate

- Sistema di incentivazione variabile in funzione del raggiungimento degli obiettivi
