How will you contribute and grow?
Unterstützung der täglichen Standortaktivitäten in der Produktion und Instandhaltung (Gebäude, Prozesse, Ausrüstung). Gewährleistung der Sicherheit bei normalen und speziellen Instandhaltungsaufgaben. Durchführung der regulären vorbeugenden Instandhaltung. Gewährleistung der Arbeitssicherheit, Anlagensicherheit und Standortsicherheit.
- Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten an einem spannenden und vielfältigen Maschinenpark für die Herstellung von Trockeneis, die Prüfung von Gasflaschen und die Lagerung von CO2
- Analyse von Schwachstellen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
- Evaluation und Konzeption neuer Produktions- und Prüfanlagen inklusive aktiver, praktischer Mitarbeit bei der anschliessenden Projektumsetzung
- Sie unterstützen die Bereichsleiter bei der sauberen Projekt- und Anlagendokumentation
- Eigenverantwortliches Ersatzteilmanagement inklusive Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Bestandsoptimierung

Are you a match?
- Abgeschlossene Lehre als Polymechaniker, Instandhaltung, Land- / Baumaschinenmechaniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie sind technisch versiert und verfügen über eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Installation, der Reparatur und dem Unterhalt von Maschinen oder technischen Anlagen
- Sie sind ein Praktiker mit gutem theoretischem Wissen. Idealerweise haben Sie bereits eine Weiterbildung als Techniker HF, Werkstattleiter etc.
- Freude an technischen Themen und an deren Umsetzung
- Selbständige und resultatorientierte Persönlichkeit
