- Coordinar entrevistas entre candidatos, recruiters y hiring managers de distintos países de Latinoamérica.
- Gestionar agendas, invitaciones, reprogramaciones y comunicaciones operativas durante el proceso de selección.
- Realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento de etapas, tiempos de atención y actualización de información en el ATS.
- Dar seguimiento a la carga de feedback y scorecards por parte de los clientes internos.
- Mantener actualizados reportes, trackers y bases de datos de Talent Acquisition.
- Apoyar en la elaboración y análisis de indicadores mediante Excel y Power BI.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización en los procesos de selección.
- Participar en proyectos de automatización, estandarización y eficiencia operativa.
- Brindar soporte a iniciativas regionales de atracción de talento, onboarding y experiencia del candidat

- Estudiantes de últimos ciclos o egresados recientes de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Gestión Empresarial, Negocios, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Psicología Organizacional o carreras afines.
- Interés en análisis de datos, mejora continua, automatización y gestión de procesos.
- Manejo intermedio o avanzado de Excel.
- Conocimientos de Power BI.
- Deseable experiencia académica o participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos, indicadores o automatización.
- Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
- Portugués intermedio o avanzado (deseable).
- Ingreso a planilla desde el primer día.
