2. Supplier Segmentation Ownership
- Lead the supplier segmentation framework from Procurement side, with alignment from package and test engineering teams.

- Monitor supply constraints across critical materials, testers/equipment, and bottleneck processes.
- Interface with Product Group business planning and Supply Chain Management to understand future demand outlook and required capacity actions.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership and Communication
- Serve as the single Procurement interface for NPI readiness and capacity-related strategic topics.
- Prepare management-level updates on NPI sourcing readiness, supplier segmentation changes, capacity risks, and mitigation actions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Product Group, Supply Chain Management, suppliers, and internal Procurement stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, program management, semiconductor manufacturing, or supplier management.
- Strong semiconductor supply chain background is required; experience in OSAT, packaging, testing, substrate, material, equipment, or foundry-related areas is strongly preferred.

- Experience working with Engineering, Product Groups, Supply Chain Management, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, project management, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English communication is required; Japanese capability is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; PowerPoint for management presentations.
Preferred Capabilities

- Knowledge of packaging / test technologies and bottleneck processes such as bumping, FSM/BGBM, testers, and equipment capacity.
- Ability to translate business demand and technical requirements into sourcing and capacity strategy.
- Ability to operate beyond traditional buyer execution by connecting engineering requirements, supplier capability, demand outlook, and long-term risks
