Ownership mentality and proactive approach — willing to pick up work beyond your immediate product scope

Comfortable taking on operational and process-improvement work, not just product delivery

Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities before they become blockers
Process Ownership & Operational Leadership

Take on operational workflows and reporting currently owned by product leadership
Act as a reliable owner for recurring operational tasks (monitoring, reporting, cross-team coordination)
Continuously improve product delivery practices and team ways of working
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with fellow Product Owners/Managers and business stakeholders as a peer
Align product solutions with Business stakeholders, Risks, Operations

Required Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in digital products
Experience in Sportsbook, Betting, or iGaming products
Understanding of sportsbook mechanics, odds, betting flows, or player behavior
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools
