How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Efectuar assistência domiciliária ao nível da sua região para pacientes de Ventiloterapia e/ou Outras Terapias através das seguintes intervenções planeadas ou urgentes:
- Inícios de tratamento
- Troca e verificações de funcionamento de equipamentos, assim como os acessórios e consumíveis associados
- Revisão e manutenção ligeira dos equipamentos e acessórios

- Acompanhamento de pacientes incluindo formação na utilização dos equipamentos, acessórios e consumíveis, bem como comunicação das regras de segurança
- Extracção de relatórios de adesão à terapia de pacientes
- Fins de Tratamento e levantamento dos equipamentos e acessórios
- Entrega de equipamentos e consumíveis em hospitais
Educar o paciente de modo a assegurar que todos os procedimentos estão aplicados no terreno, em particular assegurar que os equipamentos são instalados e mantidos em local seguro e que o doente entende e respeita as regras de segurança
Entregar diariamente toda a informação dos serviços efectuados através do sistema HOMES, ou se não for possível, faze-lo manualmente:
- Assegurar fiabilidade da informação para correcta inserção em sistema
- Entregar diariamente todos os documentos definidos nos procedimentos
- Gestão do seu stock de funcionamento diário
Colecta de Prescrições:
- Seguimento diário da informação sobre receituário constante nas guias de intervenção, relembrando todos os pacientes para a entrega de receituário
- Assegurar recolha dos códigos de prescrição necessários para facturação dos tratamentos
- Entrega de RSF nos inícios de tratamento, se aplicável
- Garantir o correcto registo das intervenções para colecta de prescrições em Chorus

- Residência no distrito de Santarém (preferencial)
- Licenciatura na área da Saúde (Cardiopneumologia, Fisioterapia, Enfermagem, entre outras)
- Carta de Condução
- Orientação para o Cliente e Paciente
- Facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal
