Job Description

· Apoyar la ejecución de proyectos de inversión y mejora, desde la definición inicial del alcance hasta la puesta en marcha y la entrega.

· Gestionar el control documental del departamento de Ingeniería, asegurando la actualización, organización y disponibilidad de planos, especificaciones, procedimientos, manuales técnicos y documentación de proyectos, en coordinación con las áreas implicadas.

· Coordinarse con los departamentos de operaciones, mantenimiento, calidad y seguridad, así como con los proveedores externos, para garantizar el avance del proyecto.

· Realizar un seguimiento de los plazos, los presupuestos, los riesgos y los planes de acción, y escalar los problemas cuando sea necesario.

· Ayudar a preparar la documentación del proyecto, incluyendo el alcance, las especificaciones técnicas, los calendarios y las actualizaciones de estado.

· Supervisar las actividades de los contratistas y proveedores para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de la planta y los requisitos del proyecto.

· Participar en la instalación, las pruebas, la puesta en marcha y la validación de los equipos o los cambios en los procesos.

· Garantizar que todas las actividades del proyecto cumplan las normas de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente y normativas aplicables.

· Apoyar las iniciativas de resolución de problemas y mejora continua relacionadas con el rendimiento, la eficiencia y la fiabilidad de la planta.

· Mantener registros precisos de los hitos del proyecto, los costes, los cambios y las lecciones aprendidas.

Compensation

For this position, the gross annual target base salary range is between:

33,498.00 - €37,220.00

This is based on a full-time contract and depending on your skills and experience.

In addition, this position is eligible for a performance-based bonus up to:
