- Ganzheitliche Steuerung und Abwicklung von Komplettausbauprojekten bis hin zur finalen Projektübergabe in den Leistungsphasen 6-9
- Verantwortlich für die Angebots‑, Kalkulations‑ und Vertragsprozesse
- Sicherstellung der Budget- und Termineinhaltung, die Rechnungsstellung und das Änderungsmanagement
- Zusammenarbeit und Koordination aller internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
- Erstellung von Bauzeitenplänen
- Übergreifende Steuerung der Bauausführung sowie Begleitung von Abnahmen und Projektabschluss
- Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen zum Projekt sowie Kommunikation mit dem Kunden
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Ausbauprojekten und in der Koordination aller Gewerke (Bereichen Retail / Systemgastronomie: von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung mit der VOB Teil B und C, dem BGB und Baurecht
- IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Software für die Bauabwicklung)
- Führerschein Klasse B und hohe Reisebereitschaft (je nach Projektintensität)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse – mind. C1 und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Interessengruppen zu koordinieren
