Zu den Schwerpunkten unserer Tätigkeit gehören das Genehmigungs- und Abrechnungsmanagement, die Softwareentwicklung und -bereitstellung sowie Digitalisierungs- und Archivierungsleistungen für Krankenkassen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Planung, Steuerung und Koordination komplexer Projekte und Programme unter Einhaltung von Zeit-, Budget- und Qualitätszielen
- Steuerung von Projektabhängigkeiten, Risiken, Maßnahmen und Eskalationen über verschiedene Teams und Fachbereiche hinweg
- Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Steuerung der Kommunikation mit Management, Kunden und Partnern
- Erstellung von Statusberichten, Management-Reports, KPIs und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Führungsgremien
- Vorbereitung, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Steering Committees und Governance-Gremien
- Bewertung, Priorisierung und Steuerung von Projektideen, Anforderungen und Projektportfolios
- Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Forecasts, Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen und Projektcontrolling
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Methoden, Prozessen und Governance-Strukturen

Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt-, Programm- oder Portfoliomanagement sowie in der Leitung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Projekte
- Fundiertes Verständnis von IT-, Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
- Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Management, Fachbereichen und IT-Organisationen
- Gute Kenntnisse in Budgetplanung, Reporting, Governance und Projektsteuerung
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Risiko-, Konflikt- und Eskalationsmanagement
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in Digitalisierungs-, Automatisierungs- oder Transformationsprojekten sowie im Gesundheitswesen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C-Level)
