How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätsmanagement-Systemen und -Prozessen für IT-Dienstleistungen und -Produkte.
- Definition und Tracking von Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) und Service Level Agreements (SLAs) im Bereich Qualität.
- Durchführung interner Audits und Prozessanalysen zur Identifizierung von Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenzialen.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätsrichtlinien, -dokumentationen und -standards.
- Management von Nichtkonformitäten und Ableitung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams (z.B. Entwicklung, Betrieb, Support) zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards über den gesamten Lebenszyklus der IT-Services.
- Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter für Qualitätsmanagement-Prinzipien und -Verfahren.
- Berichterstattung über Qualitätsleistung an das Management und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Bleiben Sie auf dem Laufenden über neue Trends und Best Practices im Qualitätsmanagement und in der IT.

Are you a MATCH?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium in Natur-/ Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Fachqualifikation mit Vorkenntnissen
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit der 8D-Methodik und Qualitätswerkzeugen (QC-Tools)
- nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement und Qualitätssicherung
- Kenntnisse in SPC (statistische Prozesskontrolle), SQC und Prozessleitsystemen
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Erfahrung in interkultureller Kommunikation und im Schnittstellenmanagement
- Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und hohe Teamfähigkeit
