Job Description
Le secteur Maintenance Projet du département MIT recherche un/e référent(e) Robotique . Il/elle a pour objectif de maintenir dans son domaine technique les installations en état de produire à chaque instant, sur l’ensemble de l’usine en appui des technicien(ne)s en Robotique. Il/elle fiabilise les machines et optimise leur fonctionnement afin d’obtenir la performance tout en respectant la sécurité des hommes et femmes, la règlementation, la qualité de nos produits et les budgets alloués.
Vos missions :
- Maîtriser les activités significatives du Technicien Robotique niveau 1 et 2, et être capable d’intervenir sur l’ensemble de l’usine
- Soutenir la maintenance opérationnelle sur les actions de fiabilisation, de préventif, de correctif et d'analyse des pannes intermittentes et des arrêts longs, y compris la rédaction des Analyses d’arrêts longs
- Piloter la gestion de la réparation de pièces de rechange et l’achat de pièces neuves avec une vision optimisation des coûts, notamment en expertisant les matériels défaillants et en testant les matériels revenant de réparation.
- Mettre au point, maintenir et optimiser des bancs de test
- Être l’interlocuteur-trice privilégié(e) vis-à-vis des fournisseurs
- Préparer, participer et animer la formation des professionnels de maintenance sur les nouvelles technologies et matériels nouveaux dans le domaine de la robotique.
- Former et accompagner techniquement sur les tâches liées à la documentation.
- Assurer l'exhaustivité de la Documentation et Nomenclature des composants Robotique et la mise à jour de celle-ci dans son périmètre.
- Réaliser le « Kilomètre 0 » et mettre en place les états de référence.
- Identifier, analyser les matériels obsolètes et mettre en place les solutions adéquates (pièces de rechanges, matériel de substitution, …)
- Assurer la gestion des logiciels (licences, …) et matériels informatiques nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du département
- Pilote le club métier maintenance Robotique pour l’usine
- Participe au club métier Robotique groupe Renault piloté par l’ingénierie Process et représente le volet maintenance de l’usine (problématiques, bonnes pratiques)
- Concevoir, optimiser ou modifier des programmes Robotique et Automatisme en toute autonomie .
- Assurer la veille technologique , par la recherche d’innovations Robotique ou accessoires ( Vision / Capteurs / Prehension … ) , participation à des salons Industriels , Benchmarks
- Déployer le Monitoring 4.0 du parc Robotique
