【募集背景】

当社では、自動車向けの新規半導体デバイスに加え、今後の成長領域としてAI向け半導体デバイスの開発に注力しています。これらの製品に用いられる半導体デバイス開発および製造プロセス開発を強化するため、人材を募集します。
デバイス設計からプロセス開発、量産立ち上げまで幅広く関与し、製品価値の最大化に直接貢献していただきます。

【業務内容】

▼半導体デバイス・プロセス開発
・弊社で取り扱うAI向け新製品を扱います。
・構想検討から量産技術確立までのウェハプロセス開発エンジニア
・デバイス構造設計やウエハプロセスフロー構築及びデバイス測定評価
・要素プロセス技術、製品設計、品質保証など多部門との連携

半導体デバイス構造設計やプロセス開発経験　5年以上（半導体物理の基礎知識、ウェハプロセス試作経験）
半導体デバイス開発未経験の方でも当分野トップレベルのエンジニアとしてスキルアップに取り組める方
