​Ph.D. or Master in thermal engineering or thermal physics, Chemical engineering& Technology ;

At least 3 years of research and working experience in combustion, industrial furnace, or metal smelting fields;

Extended network in academy and industry of the related fields;

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English;

Self-motivated, self-organised, creative and target orientated, team mindset

Ability to identify, plan, and execute R&D projects;

Skill to think about concept, make drawing

Cooperative and good team player;
