Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de Rayon Crèmerie en CDI pour rejoindre notre équipe. Votre mission est de garantir la satisfaction de nos clients tout en pilotant la performance économique de votre périmètre.

Vos missions principales :

Commerce & Clientèle : Garantir l'attractivité du rayon (balisage, propreté, théâtralisation). Assurer un accueil et un conseil de qualité.

Gestion d'Exploitation : Piloter les commandes, gérer les stocks et la casse. Suivre les indicateurs clés (CA, marge, taux d'engagement) pour atteindre vos objectifs.

Management : Encadrer et animer une équipe de 8 collaborateurs. Planifier les horaires, former et accompagner les nouveaux arrivants et veiller au respect des règles d'hygiène (HACCP) et de sécurité.

Ce poste à temps plein de 41 heures par semaine offre 14 RTT par an, une prime annuelle, ainsi qu'une prime d'intéressement et une prime de participation.

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons un profil avec un sens aigu du client, capable de faire preuve de leadership et d'initiative

Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire (Rayon Frais / Crèmerie) impérativement en grande distribution.

Vous devez être à l'aise avec les changements et avoir de bonnes compétences en communication.
